We have about 60 Japanese wines on the list, including our original wine, Cuvee La Neige, which is only available at La Neige. The selection is centered on wineries that are small in scale but aspiring to make authentic wines, and is a coveted and hard-to-find selection. We also offer a wide selection of cheeses, such as Shimizu Farm, Mirasaka Fromage, Atelier de Fromage, Fermier Cheese, etc., which will enhance the taste of our carefully selected wines.

For breakfast, we offer a healthy menu that includes soup made from carefully selected vegetables, popular galette or egg dishes, homemade ham, fruit yogurt, bread, and other items from nature’s bounty. On sunny days, you can enjoy an elegant breakfast on the terrace while feeling the fresh breeze blowing through the forest.

Healthy and fresh vegetables are an indispensable part of our cuisine, and each ingredient is carefully cultivated.
Since 2000, our hotel has been building a supply-demand relationship with the Kin Suzu Group (leader: Mr. Sodeyama), a farmers’ cooperative in Ikeda-cho, Azumino, Shinshu, mainly for reduced-chemical vegetables and special vegetables suitable for French cuisine. We have continued to create a recycling-oriented agriculture by turning the fallen leaves of the hotel’s vast forest into humus and spreading it on the fields.
